Weight watchers......

I am hoping to start weight watchers again, properly, when the kids are back at school. Only have a stone to lose but seem stuck

Anyone else following WW?

I am but i am a slow coach when it comes to losing weight. My willpower is rubbish but i do think WW is the best way to go.

I joined them online back in May lost a stone on 10 weeks then got fed up with it and holidays and have put most of it back on

I just found it hard twards the end going on the site and fed up with the food i know they have lots of recipes but haven't time to cook 2 different meals

Must try again

i'm doing it on line and getting on well with it. Very rarely do I have to cook seperate meals its just making the right choices. we went away for the weekend and had bbq's each night - I took seperate sausages etc... yes but they were all cooked the same

We all had casserole tonight, macaroni cheese last night....... list is endless of meals you can have with out having to eat something different to the rest of the family!!
