Went to my weighin last night and after being on holiday to France for 2 weeks and completly not sticking to any healthy eating i LOST 2 1/2lbs. Before i went i said i'd be happy to put on the 4 lbs already lost but i was shocked to see i'd lost weight.

Well at weighin tonight i've put on 2lbs. Knew i had as i've not been good at all this week and i was also wearing my jeans instead of my short trousers which i normally wear.

Bet the 2lb was the jeans hun they do weigh heavy lol!!!! I always where the same thing for weighing!!!

Tonight i've weighed in at a loss of 1 1/2lbs. God knows how as i haven't been good at all. I need to lose a half lbs to get to a 1/2 stone loss.

i went to w.w and have syayed the same for two weeks, which i know is better than putting on

At weigh in last night i've lost 1/2 lb. I'm pleased with that as after being ill last week i've done nothing but eat junk.

At weigh in today i haven't gained or lost any weight. My mum and i have a competition to see who can lose 2lbs for next week so i have to be good the rest of the week.

Well done, i haven't even reached 7lbs yet and i've been going since beginning of August

Lost another 1/2 lb so that's now 7 1/2 lbs in total.

Have maintained my weight. Didn't think i'd lost any but i'm glad i haven't gained any either.
