Slimming world

Have decided to do slimming world after speaking to lots of people. Am going tonight for the first time. Am dreading getting weighed in case i weigh more than what my scales say.

I get weighed on a Tues night and haven't followed plan for 3 weeks

Back on Track now though, it is such an easy plan if you stick to it haha

Ive been doing slimming world for about 5 weeks now and lost just over a stone. Its hard work but im starting to notice a difference just another 3 stone to go!!!!

I have been going to Slimming World for 9 weeks and if i lose just 1 and a half lbs this week i have reached . . . . . .


1 and a half stone !!!!!!

Its a very easy plan to follow, but can i just say don't weigh yourself at all leave it to your weekly weigh in, you will be fine ..

Well i went to slimming world tonight. I'm going to go to the Tuesday night class from now on though. I currently weigh 12st 9lbs. My target is to lose 3 stone then go from there. I'll let you all know after each meeting how i'm doing

Well today was my first day on the slimming world diet and i think i've done well. All the food i've had has been 'free' food and the only syns i've had is cranberry juice this morning. Hopefully if i keep this up i'll of lost some weight for next week.

Tonight was my first weigh in since starting this diet. I have lost 3lbs. Didn't think i would have as i've eat loads this week so am really pleased.

This week i have lost 1lb. I knew i hadn't lost much as i've had fish and chips and went out for tea last night.
