Well i am having a nightmare getting back into ketosis, i have lost 5lb but i am only managing to do 2 days without eating food so as much as i am loosing i am having the awful hunger that goes with the first few days

Really need to cellotape my mouth up, when i first started i flew into ketosis no headaches, or anything this time i am getting very bad shakes and dizziness that is just no good when working

Seeing cdc tomorrow for more shaks and a good kick up backside

    I know what you mean.....

It is really hard getting back into the swing of things again.....I find that unless you are 100% focused and desperate to do it then it just doesn't work.

If this is the case I then advise my clients to move up the plans and maybe go on the 810 plan. The reason I do this is because they want to still lose weight but have not got the same drive they had when they first started as they are no where near as big as before.

It then becomes a vicious circle in that they try to do SS for a couple of days but then end up falling off the wagon and binging on anything and everything. Sometimes it is better to accept that SS won't work for you again and take the slow steady path as in the end you will get there faster than keep going on and off SS if that makes sense.

Only you can decide what is the best course of action and what is going on in your head but I hope that you can pull it together and stay on the SS wagon.

    Good luck honey

Thanks for that Dee, i am on day 2 and feel really good about doing it, i think Louise's loss has giving me the motivation to get back on track, dh back tonight so my plan did not work too well but i will get them a chinese as that is not my fav so can say no

Tried an early night last night but did not work but hope to have one today, then i am at allotment tomorrow so a day in the fresh air and kids being able just to play might help me through that day
