    Well I am just back from a 3 day trip to York with the family and I'm not sure how I did it but I stuck to plan! I took bars to have out for lunch while hubby & kids had sandwiches in cafes and I made shakes in the room am & pm, I even sat through 2 evening meals with them and just had coffee & water - I have no idea where this determination has come from - it is no not me lol! Cant wait to weigh in on Sat, there was quite a lot of walking!

    Finding it really really hard now! ThinkI am going to start going through the steps to get back to normal from Friday, was aiming for the end of the month but I dont think I can! I know myself too well and if I push it to carry on I will prob start cheating & ruin it! I am really pleased with my weight loss & TBH if I lose much more I will have a prob with clothes which I can t afford to buy not to mention the cost of the diet which is stretching me to the limit. Hope to lose a little more through the steps and then go for a more normal diet & step up the exercise too which I haven't done yet!

    Almost 2 stone, finding it hard not to nibble now I am 'allowed' food, the whole staying in keytosis was a big thing for me and kept me on the straight & narrow - now thats gone I have lost that incentive. Need to give myself a big slap!

    I found it hard too, im back on sole source until i get my holiday weight off, got 8-10lbs to loose again

    Back to it from today Looking forward to getting into ketosis as I felt on such an even keel before - no mood swings or food cravings etc - I'm hoping it will be as easy as last time but experience has taught me no diet is ever so easy after the 1st time

    Well done Sharon....you are doing well.

    Hope you slip into Ketosis pretty soon.......I am also back on the wagon and am on day 4.....

    What with everything going on (having Thyroid problems again ) I had managed to put on 11lbs. I then went away on holiday and ate like a pig and drank like a fish.

    I had far too much bread and ice cream and drank far too much beer & wine - they are the worst offenders I should have stuck to spirits

    Anyway have put on another 12lbs (told you I ate like a pig!) so need to turn it around and get it all back in line hence the reason I am back on SS again.
