Wow Louise - you look amazing! With regards to how your feeling about yourself it is very hard to change years of negative emotions around, every time you find yourself thinking negatively about yourself you need to give your self a mental slap and if poss say out loud - 'Stop it!' I am lovely' Sounds a bit bonkers but it will eventually overide your current conditioning.

Your weight loss is amazing and you are amazing - wish I'd had the strength to keep it up, I'd be my ideal weight by now!

Good luck with the weigh in xx

Well donbe Louise.....you are doing fab

Your CDC is right....if you are at target you really need to start weening off and go through the Stabilisation and Maintenance programmes.

You will obviously still continue to lose weight whilst working your way through them but it will be at a slower rate........

I am sure that your CDC has explained that it is very important that you do it correctly and slowly as you could end up piling a load of weight on if you go too fast

I am going on holiday next week and have got a whole suitcase FULL of new clothes in 14 bottoms and 12 tops.....YIPPEEEEEEEE

I will be weaning off the shakes though after I get back off hol then will have to maintain my weight which I know I will find hard but might find myself a new man soon after all the compliments and looks I have been getting so that'll keep me on track
