    Well I have made it to day 5 with no slip up's

    I have to say that yesterday was the hardest, it seemed like the fridge was calling me and as my will power can be zilch at times I made myself make the dinner for the family, I needed to prove to myself that I could make it and not cheat by picking at it and I did

    Today is a lot better, have only had a black coffee so far and a pint of water, as I try to leave having my 1st shake until around 12pm and then my next one at 4pm and then I split my last one in 1/2 and have 1 at 7pm and 1 at 10pm as these are my worst times for grazing. Hopefully I will get through
    the weekend and will find out monday evening how much I have lost.

    Will keep you all updated x

    well done you!!! keep up the good work. There is no way I would be able to stick to cambridge, I like my food too much so am doing weight watchers!!! Keep going!!

    Just back from my weigh in and I lost.........8.5 lbs

    Really happy that I got through the Easter without cheating! especially as I was really having a bad day on thursday & friday but it was worth it. Next weigh in is sunday morning

    Thanks girls

    I can actually feel a difference already in my clothes, I only have a short week tis week as I go back to being weighed in on a Sunday morning so I'm going to get out walking with the kids and I'm hoping for 5.5 lbs this week to give me my stone!

    So annoyed with myself

    After having such a great weight loss last week I was determined that I was going to have a good week and try to lose 5.5lbs to get my stone but all I have done for the last few days is pick at food....I could cry as I know I'll be lucky to lose a pound

    Try not to worry too much and just get back on track, i think the school hols are catching up to me and i am just tired and need something easy

    Well got weighed yesterday morning and although I lost I didn't lose what I wanted too I still lost 3lbs

    My CDC has advised me to come for a mid-week weigh in to keep me on track and I got a few bars this week to see if that will help with my "picking".
