ME, ME, ME!!!! Again...start one every Jan, end it every Feb. Trying SW again, as I know it works! Been on amazon and picked up a few of their recipe books and really determined to do it this year!!!!

I'll let you lot give me a kick in the right direction when I start flagging. Maybe we could do a spondered slim for the forum fundraising....might help me shift a few more lbs than normal!!!

I'm desperate to lose weight, and so determined this time.I think I'm just going to cut out snacks and nibbles. That's the trouble working from home, fridge always on hand. Good idea to raise money for charity, might give an added push.I've got to cut back on diet coke too, no good for my teeth. Supporting each others progress on here is a great idea.x.

Me definaltely! i actually dont need to lose much weight as i am in the 'normal range' but i am flabby! so its exercise i need most.

Dont really want to join the gym as ive done it before and find it a bind, so i may just try walking and cycling and see how i go. but i need to make myself a proper programme and STICK to it. which is the hardest bit

I haven't put any weight on yet over Christmas so that has to be a good start.

I am going on one!! I am getting fatter and fatter, I can feel it every blooming morning - so... I am going to do the kellogs thing. I am gonna have Bran flakes for breaky and lunch (I love them) and eat a small dinner...then I might, MIGHT, get on the treadmill.

I walk 2 hours a day doing the school runs, I hate to think waht I would look like if I didn't do this ...

I am a size 14 at the mo, but want to get back down to a 10..I am gonna do it!!!!!!!!!
