i'm not doing any specific diet, just eating healthy and getting plenty of simple exercise like walking to dog, cycling to the school in stead of driving that kind of thing

Good luck, I'm sure you'll shift it in that timescale. It sounds very do-able.

I started off at 13st 10lbs so you have a headstart on me

I've lost 8.5lbs so far on Slimming World. It's been slow but at least the scales are going down and not up

Keep us informed of how you're doing.

We're roughly at the same starting point, Hebs. Can I start with you? Although it's 8 am and I've already fallen off the wagon by having Pepsi and crisps for breakfast.

    Good luck!
Why is "phonics" not spelled the way it sounds?

OMG!!! Pepsi and coke for breakfast. My kids would love to come and live with you tatia

I've had a bad weekend too hebs, drinking far too much vino and eating too many naughties. I'm making a new start today too. We CAN DO IT!!!!!!

Having grilled chicken with couscous and veg tonight.... YUMMY!! marinating in chilli flakes, soy sauce and paprika first, really tasty. Have you got a george Foreman grill? Its a healthy eating lifesaver!!
