    Default My turn!

Well since before i got married i have been wanting to lose abit of weight but after i got married i had my son and hes now nearly 7 months old and figured its time to do something about it. I weigh just over 11 stone at the minute and ideally would like to get down to between 9 and 9.5 stone. I've been going on the wii fit for an hour every weekday and last week i lost 2lb in 3 days. I've also cut out all snacks but still eat whatever meals i want (i'm a fussy eater so its impossible for me to eat healthy meals lol)

So anyway i was starting to lose motivation over the weekend so thought if i put it on here it might help me get my motivation back lol.

What amazed me was this weekend i went home for the weekend (well to my mums) and she fed me chocolate gateoux (sp?) and i had mini eggs at the cinema and when i weighed myself i havent even put on a lb lol

so wish me luck eveyone i'll keep you updated!

I used to weigh 9 stone, even after having my kids, I was lucky that I never really put any weight on.
But now I am at home all day and not running around at work in my old job like I used too the weight came on and I have been 11.5 for the past 3 years!

I am a size 12 but would love to be 10 like i used to be.

So I might join you, I would love to be size 10 for the summer

that what i am aiming for a iwant to lose a stone by april and then the rest by summer.

I never used to put on weight no matter what i ate but thats when i was at college 4 days a week and work 2 days a week so i used to do loads of walking now i do nothing and i'm piling it on!

I used to be a size 8 and would love to be again but dont think i would ever get that low again a 10 would be nice though!

just been on wii fit again and it says i have put on 2lb again but i guess thts coz of the weekend so i'm not too bothered its not like i go to my mums every weekend!

I've been clearing out my wardrobes too and i found some really nice white skinny jeans that i only managed to fit into once because then i feel pregnant so now my aim is to get back into those (they are a size 10) before summer because i have some sandals that will go lovely with them and if i manage it i will treat myself to a nice top to wear with them too

    You can do it!

Keep going, you're definitely in the right frame of mind and I think you have a good chance of being able to do it. Can't believe you do an hour of wii fit a day! I'd be shattered!

Mollymop - you don't look like you need to lose any weight! You look great to me! I'd be chuffed to look like you do!

Good luck...or good willpower I think! lol. Its not the luck that holds me back is the willpower. I have a dress that I want to get into for end of April as my first goal so the jeans thing is a great idea.

yea thats like me after i had Jayden i piled it on! I'm only 21 though so want to lose it all especially as i want more kids so i want to lose it all before we have another otherwise it will be harder to lose!

I cut out chocolate bars and snacking during the day i now just have meals but have whatever i want so it doesnt feel too much like i am dieting. I'm lucky that i have time to go on the wii fit though otherwise i dont think i would be able to do it. I live in a little village aswell so most things are within walking distance. I'm going to walk to the baby weighing clinic next thursday aswell if its a nice day which is in the next village so that would be a couple of hours walking too
