Well after months of never getting going with my 'diet' I finally had a good week last week and lost 5lbs!!
Going away in 10 days for a few days with dh...no kids! ...would like to lose another few pounds before then.
I seem to be living on veg soup and fruit/yoghurt/muesli. but at least it seems to be working...the muffin top on my jeans has shrunk anyway!

Well I am back on track., didn't weigh in when I came back from rome after all my lovely pizza and pasta and lots and lots of wine! Skipped one fast day while away and did my two fast days this week. Am down almost a pound from the last weigh in before I went so am happy with that, have undone the damage and still on the way down! My bmi is dropping which is good to see! Really liking this diet (wouldn't have said that last night when I was hungry at 8pm!) but it is doable and am achieving what I want finally so am feeling very encouraged! Have been looking at clothes I could wear when I am down a bit , I am not huge about a 14 but very self conscious of my belly so will look forward to wearing some clothes which are for people with flatter bellies!

I skipped the weigh in 4 days after surgery cause I ate all the naughty foods galore n have maintained the 2 weeks after as ive continued to be naughty lol. I blame the school hols n being on antibiotics which had to be taken on an empty stomach lol.

Im back on track now n am looking like I should get a 3lb loss this week? Depends on the weekend though as weigh in is monday night :-)

Wow that was me! Maybe I'd better try it again! I
let a doctor put me off it as I hadn't read the book and she says it was more complicated than I was doing.,so glad it's working for you. I'm having a bit of success with a combo of exercise and not eating after 6pm and a few other things.
I loved the simplicity of the 5:2 although I did find I put back on over the non fast days.

Haven't lost any weight for few weeks, I Either need to start having fewer calories during my non fast days, or start exercising!! (Panic)

I'm going to make more of an effort during this beautiful sunshine to start Jogging two or three times a week!

Anyone have any fab veggie recipe ideas? Xx
