Before shower! Excess water on hair gives a wrong weigh in....and you have to be naked!

Well done...more wibble less wobble now then!

I did ww four years ago and lost almost 5 stone but my weight has been gradually creeping upwards so Im doing something about it before it gets out of control.

Trying to follow ww but by myself at home as the fees are a bit too much at the moment.

I weigh myself on a tuesday morning so will keep you posted. xx

Happy it's going in the right direction

Trying to up the swimming to every night and swimming for longer / further .. Also been doing some of that insanity workout when Los are napping but have found it is too hard on my back and knees need to strength my core more so gonna go back to a stomach workout video I used to use and found good, think even 20 minutes plus the swimming is helping, plus I have cut out carbs most days at lunch time, like the Special K diet but found it wasn't filling so use weetabix instead!

well don't blame you so!! I only work 8-530ish, and have just decided I have enough fanning around .. Have spent last couple of years being half assed about it and decided enough is enough! Will see how long it lasts! Lol
