I'm considering lipotrim, I know it's drastic but my weight is getting out of control. Put on so much since minding.

what have you tried so far? Im following slimming world currently and its actually not too limiting for my style of eating and ok to do. Ive tried atkins before too and lost quite a bit that way. Im sure we can all support you if you think that might help without taking the drastic step of lipotrim?

I went to my first class last night but will be buying a monthly pass too because it saves money plus theres the benefits of having online tracking etc. Im doing propoints because it worked for me last time but i was told im on 26 points a day and didnt mention the 49 points you used to get as well. Do they not do that anymore?

You are on about 26 points daily ( goes down as you lose wright) and you have 49 floating points for treats. Tbh I only go into my 49 floating points by two or three points, I do know they like you to use them all but I can't possibly eat that much. Fruit and most veg ( exc peas potatoes etc) are point free too.
I am eating a tin of pineapple a day - it's lovely ( I eat approx that much but the Los cadge chunks off me)

Get online and you will see how it works... The tracker is fab!
