    Very pleased

    I've been going the gym 5 days a week for the past 3 weeks and eating really healthy having 1 day a week off and up until this week I put 2lb on wasent impressed was an understatement lol

    This week I have finally lost 4lb and 2 inches around my tummy

    Hi Adele ,
    I expect you've converted lots of fat to muscle with all that excercise, would explain the short term weight gain. But muscle will burn calories more effectively now, so the inches should fall away. Well done you

    Always remember muscle weighs more than fat.

    Well done the muscles will be more toned so you may see more of a loss in inches not pounds :-D

    I'm so happy feel loads better and I've got into clothes I haven't worn for ages this weekend which I was surprised about I didn't think 2 inches would make that much of a difference

    Well done you I feel most lazy when you are doing 5 days a week at the gym!

    I always think it is better to judge the benefit by how something fits than the scales as muscle does way more than fat!
