    really interesting , thanks. Similar theory to the 5 2 fast diet , by only short term fasts the leptin levels dont have chance to decrease.
    Might look out for some Irvingia supplements too , but not at that price!

    yeah I'm not into supplements at all - all the learning I've done about losing weight and keeping it off is about eating healthy and naturally. I think the theory about how and when and what to eat is very interesting though. I'd dodge the supplements myself
