    Default business name

I'm after a business name, I don't want just my name.
    I'm thinking of
    Little ducklings
    Ducklings childcare
    Ducklings childminding
    Ducklings childminding service's

*( I live within a short walk to the canal where I take my daughter to feed the ducks, she loves ducks)

    Or
    Sunshine childcare /childminding /etc

    Or happy home childminding

    Or something else!

    What do you think?

Are you planning for EYFS ages only, or right up to 12 year+ year olds?
Ducklings is nice for the little ones.
I wouldn't use the word 'service' as it is too wordy. And it would be Service or Services, not Service's (no apostrophy)
I prefer 'childminding rather than 'childcare' as it is clear then that you are not a nursery (unless you have nursery ambitions for the future and want to carry on the name?).
Go with what feels right- try it on a business card/letterhead and ask some friends.

    It's so hard isn't it!
Mainly with under 5's is my plan.
My thinking is I'm like a mother duck and living so close to the ducks on the canal i thought it would be nice .

But also I am a big lover of sunshine!

Ah decisions decisions I keep asking my friends and family but not getting any ideas!

It is allowed, the name is too generic to legally protect I think.
But if it is so common and you want a website you need to think about how you are going to name that and be able to stand out if people are trying to find you rather the Ducklings in the next county.

I agree with Moggy, I don't like 'Service/Services' in the title. I think you have your heart set on having the word 'ducklings' in the name somewhere so you should probably go with that, but do check out the names of the local competition.

Also, if you do go with, for example, 'Little Ducklings' make sure ducklings also begins with a capital 'd'. I know a lot of people who are very pedantic (rightly so) over such things and first impressions really count. x

Can anyone recommend a good logo maker website I've been having a play about online for the past hour and can't seem to find something I'm happy with.
    Any tips/good sites?

    Thanks
