Default Blind chords in conservatory, need to make safe

Hi all, I had my pre -reg inspection yesterday (finally!) and I need to adapt the blinds in my conservatory to make them safe - I did know something would need to be done, so not a surprise.

Anyway, just wondered if anyone else has done this and what they have fitted? I have vertical blinds (6 in total) so they have one chord to closing and another to pull across. Just want to make sure it's right but also still looks ok.

I had this issue with pre reg and could not find anything that would be good for both cords so now when I open them in a morning I just wrap them round the curtain pole where they are out of reach to tiny people! Maybe someone will come up with something that we can both use :-)
