Has anyone heard of a complaints log that Ofsted require you to have?
If so where can I get it from? Ihae looked on Ofsted site.
I have got the complaints poster up.

Also in the appendex of the extra white books that come with the national standards. Its a book dated 2005. And its right at the back.

i just keep an exercise book in my portfolio thanksfully noone has ever asked for it
