So nervous ..........

I have my first parent coming tomorrow at 10.30 i feel so nervous. my two will be here to (26month and almost 5) so hope they will behave. She has a 6month old looking to start Oct, i have a basket ready with baby toys and a play mat. So hope it goes well.

Get some toys out so the kids can play and you chat away to the parent

I have got everythinf crossed for you, I completely know how you fell I was like that last week when my first parent came, i was walking round the house checking everything was as tidy as could be but i was shaking too !
I was that much of a wreck I almost forgot to show her my portfolio with all my p & p and all my certificates in

You will be fine and remember you have got the well wishes of everyone on here backing you up

Hope it goeswell for you. I had my 17th parent visit yesterday and LO starts today she was very impressed.
Once you do your first visit the rest are easy, you learn as you go.

Well i think it went very well, mum and nan seemed really nice and baby h was so good and so cute. My two monkeys were good but near the end think they were getting bored i wasn't giving my fully attention . They are away next wk so she said she'll let me no after they're back, she's seen 5 childminder now. Fingers crossed but apart of me thinks as i'm just starting out she'll say no thou i have been a nanny for 12 years, i hate this bit.
