First place would be on here, in the regional vacancies area.

in local shops, community centres, build your website, Facebook Fan Page, toddler groups, go to your local childminding group and get networking with other childminders who could give out your number if they are full, hope this helps

I'm quite new and I got 2 (out of 3) of my families via an advert on the childcare section of ***** (www.*****.co.uk) - they both sent me a private message with their phone number and I got back to them and arranged a visit.

The other was via a friend. I got some postcards printed from www.vistaprint.couk and always have some in my bag. Anywhere I go that parents are likely to visit I ask if I can put one on the noticeboard.

If using Vista Print please use the link in the Forum links page as it generates a little towards running the forum

If you are a member of ncma you can advertise on the ****** website - you need to login to 'MY NCMA' and then click on 'Advertise your business online'

Thanks for all the suggestions of where to advertise - I'm just trying to get in as many places as possible at the moment.

The only other place which hasn't been mentioned so far is gumtree - not sure whether it will get much interest but it doesn't cost anything.
