Dear Everyone,
I had the pre-reg visit last week and with today's post I have the certificate. It is still unbeliveable, after waiting for long long months. My question is about the 15 hours free childcare. If I am right, only good and outstanding childminders are able to offer this to parents. Obviously I don't have my grade jet, and it is not clear to me if I can write 'funding available' to my advertisement. Thank you for your answers!

Our la says that ofsted only register you if they consider you to be good or above so they allow you to accept funding without being graded but as Sarah says each area has their own rules

Our LA is the same. I thought that's what was written in the guidance and didn't realise it varied from one LA to another.
