First aid kits and outings

Just wondering what everyone does with regard to first aid kits when going on outings. Do you have 2 separate kits one for outings and one for indoors or just one that you take everywhere?
Also if you have one for outings what do you have in it? Everything on a smaller scale or just some select key items?!

I have a full one at home and in the car and carry a mini one under the pram/in my baby bag

Yes, I have separate ones for my premises and for going out. The latter has fewer of each items, but does include some additional types of item. eg. Saline packets, as I know I have a clean water supply at home, but can't expect to find on in the woods.
