    Default Risk assessment

Hi I've done the following risk assessment forms
Daily tick chart for kitchen etc

    Walking to school
    Going on public transport
    Outing to park
    Outing in car

I've listed areas to consider What I have in place. What I need to put in place. Against each area to consider but as I don't actually have any minded children as not yet registered have not filled any in, will this be ok with ofsted for registration?
