    Default whats your planning format?

Im really stuck. Started to look at my planning methods. Ive 2 ey children 14m and 3yrs. Am going to a setting weekly plan based on their interests, my ideas&themes.
Then a monthly plan covering obs/assessment and next steps/plods which I can add to as we go through the month.
Finally an individual plan for the month based on next steps. Then I was going to send the folder home for parents to look at/comment on.
    What do we think?
