Ofsted reference

This is a bit of a strange request. I work in an office doing admin work. My boss who is doing my reference is a bit stuck. He has been asked to give his views on my ability to look after children and any qualities that would make me suitable. What type of things would you suggest?

I did a sales role previous to this job and when I clarified with Ofsted about references on my application they said 2 from friends are fine as my boss has no idea about my ability to look after children. I would maybe call them to check if they deffo want a reference from your employer.

Reliable, flexible, trustworthy, good time management, organised, friendly and approachable, creative, good attention to detail, caring and thoughtful...??? all thinks a boss could see in an admin worker which also apply to CMing.
