Hi, Iv been referred for a medical in two weeks. Iv spoke to my doctor who says hes happy with everything and will write on the form the medical company are sending out that im fully recovered (slipped disc). Just wondering if, on the day of the medical, they make their decision whether they think im fit or not or if they then have to liaise with someone else?

From my experience they give you an indication of what they are going to tell Ofsted on the day - but you have to wait for Ofsted to confirm once they receive the doctor's report.
