First mindee

Hi i have got my first mindee starting on mon, i have been told to do a first day obs, is there anything else i should be doing? Any help much appriciated x

Hi, who "told you" to do this?

I would just note down few starting points - although I would hav prob got these already from settle in visits!!

So first days for me are usually just expanding on the settle ins and getting used to new child fitting in the routine etc
It's about making them feel safe and secure while having fun..the learning will all follow!
