At the pre reg visit , will the lady want to look everywhere ?

I appreciate this may sound silly but is she going to want to look in my kitchen cupboards , wardrobes etc .

Will she be looking how clean my microwave , fridge and oven are ?

No! She just looks in the rooms not the cupboards and things. Don't worry it'll be a lot easier than you are imagining! xx

Had my pre-reg visit this week. Spent ages tidying all my cupboards, cleaning the whole house etc. She stood in each room and just looked around. I was really worried but it wasn't that bad. She even missed a couple of things I thought would need to be changed. Good luck with your visit.

I had my Pre-Reg visit yesterday - no do not worry - they will just have a look around each room, the main emphasis is that it is safe and that it is a suitable premises for children. Ensure you have your safety items in place such as socket covers, fridge locks etc. visual safety is good. However, they are understanding that it is your own home and that you live there as well.
