How to check application status

Hi, I sent my reg application off about 3 weeks ago and my CRB, health dec and payment just over a week ago. Ive seen in some peoples posts that they have checked to see what stage the CRB check is at, just wondering where do you check this? Do you phone them or can you log on somewhere to check the application status?

You can also check your general application status with Ofsted at any time by ringing them up. They were really helpful and were always able to tell me what stage my application was at and what was coming next.
