    I bought one of their games in a charity shop last week but it had a few pieces missing. A quick email to Orchard customer services and they sent me the parts absolutely free

    Thats great crayola are like that too-had a colour explosion thingy and the pens ran out, quick phone call and a complete new set, paper and pens, in the post the same day!
