Soo confused :(

Hi everyone can someone please help im so confused

I started minding the begining of May 2010 I worked in partnership with another minder for a year I started up on my own in May 2011 - I dont talk to the other minder anymore

We had an accountant that dealt with doing the business tax return (she was also a parent whos children are now in the other minders care)

She is dropping all the accounts off tonight so I can do my personal tax return online - this is where im getting confused do all 3 tax returms (the business one, the other minders and mine) need to show the same figures

I have no idea where to start - Do i calulate the incomings then take away the outgoings and then devid it by 2 to get what my own personal takings would be?????????
