Moving and mortgage people want an SA302

but tax office don't send this unless they have calulated your tax from paper return or they have amended your tax. Anyone else had this? I'm not even basing the mortgage on my earnings!

you should just be able to phone the tax people and ask for a copy for the last 2 years ( or whatever you need ) weve just re mortgaged and thats what i did, onkly took few days to be sent as proof of earnings xxx

I tried, they said 14 days. That's a huge delay our end. I just dont get why they need it when mortgage based on hubbies income alone. So gutting as wanted to be in this side of Christmas

if your both on the mortgage hun even if you arent technically contributing to it they need to see your income too xxxx
