I know spelling and grammer are definitely not my strong points!

Thank you all so much for your help so far wouldn't have got this far without you

Now to try and attach the file! THink I've done it!

I think it looks lovely well done.

Are all the children mentioned from the same family? While it isn't confidential, some parents can be funny about information about their child being shared with others.

If not what I do is make a newsletter which is all the same bar a box for the bits about the children, there I put something for about each child but it is printed/emailed only for that child's parent/s

It also makes them more personal.

    Hope that helps

I think it's a great newsletter, really informative, well done, but as Pauline says watch the confidentiality
***** proofed the house but they're still getting in!

Thank you both. I had though about that and wasn't sure! Can I get parents to sign permission for childrens achievements to go in the newsletter or is to to broad a thing and am i best sticking to doing it the way you said Pauline? H & K are related but J isn't.

    Thanks
