Settling in questionnaire

Been registered since beginning of year, writing SEF and due inspection soon. Joy. Anyway I'm trying to put together a settling in questionnaire and wondered if anyone had any tips? I have an annual review questionnaire but that doesn't deal with the settling in of a new child. Any advice gratefully accepted.
