Default How would you work this?

I have a Mum coming to see me tomorrow who wants care on an ad hoc basis. Great for me as I've said I can do it whilst I have the space. I wanted a bit of advice on how to word the contract. I use NCMA and don't want to be doing a new short tem one each week. Would it be acceptable to useormal contract stating that a set number of hours would be available with 1 weeks notice of the dates required & 1 weeks notice of termination from either party should I get a permenant mindee? I also thought of taking a deposit of £50 to cover 1 days fee?

This sounds fine to me and as long as parent agrees then should suit both of you. Getting a deposit is a good move too x
