    My mindee has arrived this morning with a sore looking blister on his finger (with no skin on, if you know what I mean).

    Mum has mentioned it too me saying she doesn't know how he has done it but it is not bothering him and has also wrote it in his daily diary sheet, would you note it in the exisiting injuries form with it being so small? or shall i just comment back tonight in the daily diary how i have kept an eye on it?

    I would note it on an existing injuries form and get mum to sign it - at least you'll be covered then.
