    Hello, Does anyone have a template I could look at for ideas on how to approach summerative and formative assessments!! I'm a bit lost

    Mine is an A4 sheet with a box for each area of learning and development, box for next steps and one for parent's comments.

    Have you tried looking on the EYFS CD that came in the pack I bet there will be something on there
