    My mindees mum had just called to say that her little man has the above and is off to the doctors tomorrow. Is there an exclusion period becuase it is very infectous.

    There is no recommend exclusion any more but many childminders do exclude, usually until gunk stops

    No Official exclusion period but as littlies are not aware of touching eyes and then touching other children's faces/toys many CMs do exclude, either until eyes are clear or until 24 hours after antibiotics started.

    as everyone says there is no exclusion for this but i personally do exclude as i have in the past caught this from a mindee but i do include it in my sickness policy that i do exclude for this so parents are aware and cant argue if situation arises
