Think we made an impact today

A few of us decided to meet up at a local nature reserve and it wasnt til we got together we realised just how many of us there would be

There were 9 minders (including the forums mum2two and her hubby ), 3 dogs and 43 children!!!! Some bystanders were staggered when they saw us all

It was mad busy, but miraculously we didnt manage to drown any in the lake and returned with a full head count

The day went really well, one 2yr old decided to have a wander which set us all panicking, but apart from that and one child who went down with a tummy bug and had to go home it was a huge success and the kids all went home happy

Think we have all earned a large glass of something nice tonight!

sounds like you had a fab day out it's amazing how quickly the head count goes up when together with other minders! Bet they were better behaved than a family with 1 or 2 kids too

Sounds lovely, we had a day at CM group today too, the animal man came and then as a treat we all got McDonald - we ordered 51 meals and that obviously wasn't including the babies. There were 9 cm's, the rest were children.
