Default Another parent picking mind up

I've got a 9 year old in the school holidays and on one of those days she is going to the cinema with one of her friends, her friends parents are coming to pick her, is this ok? And will I need signed permissions or anything like that?

    Thank you xxx

I occasionally have someone else pick up one of my LO's and I just ask for a quick letter from mum authorising it and pop it into LO's file

I would also get written permission from mum and ask for the phone number of the person who's picking up just in case you need to contact them.
