Just sent Ofsted pack

I'vejust posted my Ofsted reg pack off today how long does it normally take then before they come out for visit? Feel like I'm finally on my way to becoming a childminder.

Sorry I don't know how long it takes before you get the visit but I didn't want to read and run.

It takes 6 weeks or they come when your crb is in it's final stages 4/5,i sent mine at the end of november and i had my visit at the begining of feb,hope this helps

I sent mine on the 23 dec and was reg on 2nd of feb .
but a friend of mine sent hers off at the end of nov and still hasn't had her visit, it all depends on how busy they are

I think it must vary with areas. I sent my forms off 3 weeks ago and my crb application last week.

I have not had my crb clearance back yet but had my visit last week. They also arranged my visit before they had my health declaration back.

So as I stand now, ive had my visit, references are with ofsted, health dec with ofsted. Just waiting for crb then im ready to rock and roll

So as I said it must be different for areas of the country
