vacancies

I have been trying to fill a vacancy I have had since March 2010 and there just doesn't seem to be anything coming up on childcare.co.uk and when I have replied and had people come round, they seem to have been inundated with replies from other childminders. It seems to be getting so competitive (in a nice way) but I have never known anything like it in 11 years of childminding! Im not desperate but it worries me if I was that I wouldn't be able to fill my spaces in the future.

Have other people noticed it seems quiet at the moment?

im really busy at the moment i but i am concerned as i loose 3 full timers in september due to them all going to school , ill be left with a handful of partimers which will see me through but not for long , all we can do is hope that something comes but it is horrible when your waiting for a call

Very quiet here too. When I didn't have any spaces I had loads of calls but now I need some more hours, nothing
