Default One off childcare for 3 days - paperwork?

Have had an enquiry for a baby for 3 days next week as a one off. Obviously i'll do contract and relevant permission forms but do I need to do obs/assessments etc as such a short time? xx
I love my friends who live inside my laptop xx

No I wouldn't - just ask for routine, basic 'what can baby do?' and all your permissions and contract.

And make sure you get payment in advance!
