For me its Children Centres, EYP's and the managers and pencil pushers and those who do not have a clue about childminding....

there you go - CC's are officially room 101'd now

SEFs and written risk assessments for things that take common sense. Parents trust us with their children, do they really think we have no common sense?!

Explosive nappies and projectile vomiting, oh and green rivers of snot if that's not asking too much!

I'll second you on CC's and raise you OFSTED inspectors who have their own agenda for inspections.
We can never have sensible, quality assured and above all FAIR inspections until they all have SET criteria to inspect from. I know they all have certain things they have to grade on but it's so unfair that one inspector will mark a minder down for something and another will just ignore that self same thing.

oooo I didn't know how cross it made me 'till I started writing

Travel cots that are 'Sponge wipe only'. After yesterdays incident I think I'll blast it with a hose and dip it in milton for a few days...keep it as a spare emergency cot

Every thing that has changed since OFSTED took over and let me go back to the good old days when the children were the most important thing not how much paper work we can do.
