Hi,
I have used the one from childminding resource shop, the parents and child loved it.

That's the one I used in the end too. I made a border using photos of the child that I have taken over the last year then put the poem in the middle. I then laminated it. It looks lovely and I hope it is something the child will keep. Going to miss her
