A copy of the OFSTED complaints guidence procedure

Has anyone fot a copy of the ''OFSTED complaints guidence procedure'' trhey could kindly share with me please?

do you mean to cpmplain about Ofsted , or for parents so they know how to complain to Ofsted iyswim?

I think for the parents know how to explain to ofsted. I read on here a few months ago that someon got pulled up on inspection because they didnt have a specific 'complaints folder' with the following in the file:
1. Complaints policy
2. A copy of the OFSTED complaints guidence procedure
3. a copy of their procedure for an allegation made against them (the childminder)
4. a few blank complaint forms (for the parent)
