New Yellow Pages

I've just received the new yellow pages and there are no childminders listed under the Childminders heading.

There were 50 in the last book.

I rang to enquire where we all went to and was told that we are listed by our names in the white pages.

I checked and I am in them under my forename.

So unless people know my name they won't be able to find me or know that I'm a childminder

I have had quite a few enquiries through yellow pages so thats put an end to that

Thats not good.

Luckily mine is listed as Little Sparkles Childminding so is still under childminders.

Are they going to rethink it for the next edition?

How silly is that?

I have a business name in the Yellow Pages, so I guess I'll still be in under that. I'll have to check.

Yellow Pages forgot to add my details to our last book so when I phoned up they said they are no longer going to be offering the free one line enteries instead they will but your name in the alphabetical list at the back. They said basically you have to pay for an ad to get into the childminder section!!!
