I feel fed up!

I am soooo fed up and p*****d off!

Ive been waiting for my "CRB" for over 4 weeks........... My other half has recieved his last week and they were sent off at the same time!!!

Im still waiting

apperently its still with the police!! what the hell is taking so long? I told them that I need it back as Im waiting to start work as finaces are taking its toll! ok I know they wont listen and it wont make a difference but its worth a try!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Try not to stress yourself out with it! I know its frustrating but it shouldnt be too much longer

You should ring them every day. It might just be stuck on someone's desk. They'll soon get fed up of you and maybe send it back double quick.

I have rung them on a weekly basis

grrrr am just getting so fed up of waiting!!! the thing is after I have waited for this I have to wait for the certificate! how long thats gonna take I dont know!

I had exactly the same problem, my crb came back quite quickly but hubbys took another 4 weeks, was told with police and nothing they could do until it came back. Was really annoying as held everything up but as usual you cant rush these things.

Im sure it will come though soon

Hi,

I totally understand how you are feeling. Mine took nearly 6 months apparently due to a big back log with the police. It is utterly ridiculous!!!
I do hope it arrives to you soon. A friend of mine sent hers off and it only took a week, i cant understand why some are longer than others, although i have been married before and have moved house a few times so i guess that can hold thiings up a great deal. On the brighter side, when you do recieve crb, the certificate is pretty quick to follow, between 1-2 weeks.

I think the average waiting time is 4-6 weeks.

average time is 6 weeks, unfortunately you are wasting your time ringing all the time because they wont rush it along until it has been 8 weeks. Mine took nearly 4 months

Sorry you are so fed up and so am i. I am in my 8th week and the crb said they will chase it now, but they don't chase it until it hits the 8th week.
I am still waiting for both mine and darren's.

I know! its just angered me soooo much as my o/hs was sent back last week but they were sent off at the same time!
