Hi everyone
well i had the call at 5-45 ofsted are coming mon or tuesday
so what are your tips for when they are here
i have had a good for last 10years
but i want outstanding

Write up all the ways you have improved since your good... and challenge the inspector to prove you wrong!

if she picks you up on why you do or don't do something argue your point? often they just want to know you have it covered in other ways.

if they pick you up on something you know another inspector has said is fab (this happened to a friend recently, inspector told her best obs forms she'd seen but HER friend was told the same forms were rubbish!) - tell them.
