    Default Sweetcorn fritters

I think these are really horrible I hate sweetcorn but the kids love them

    Ingredients

    3 oz / 75g self raising flour
    water to bind
    1 small tin/100-130g sweetcorn
    seasoning
    Very little oil to fry

    Method

Whisk together the flour with enough water to make a thick batter –the consistency of whipped cream
Season and add the drained sweetcorn mix well
shallow-fry dessert teaspoonfuls in hot oil until golden brown on both sides
